A Move Across the City, Without Losing a Leaf

The instruction from Christopher Wilsher and the Collyer Bristow team was straightforward on paper: relocate their existing planting from the old office to Noble Street, then design and install additional greenery to match the proportions and setting of their new City premises. In practice, it meant treating years-old installations with the same care as brand-new ones, and creating a cohesive scheme that felt tailored to the new building rather than simply transplanted into it.

Moving Planting Without Losing Its Impact

Relocating artificial planting isn't as simple as loading it into a van. Existing pieces needed to be carefully assessed, cleaned, and in some cases repositioned or reconfigured to suit different dimensions, light, and layout at Noble Street. At the same time, the new space called for additional planting designed to sit naturally alongside the refreshed original pieces, rather than looking like a mismatched addition. The result had to read as one considered scheme, not old and new sitting side by side.

Refreshed, Repositioned, and Built to Last

Green Envee's team carried out a full relocation and refresh of the existing planting, repositioning pieces to suit the new layout and refreshing them so they looked every bit as good as the day they were installed. Alongside this, a new green wall was designed and installed to anchor the space, complemented by a range of planted arrangements in planters throughout the office to soften and green the new environment at scale. A logo was also added into the green wall as part of the refresh, giving it a renewed, personalised finish. The finished scheme blends years-old investment with new additions seamlessly — proof that quality artificial planting is built to move, adapt, and last well beyond its first installation.
